Ordering and Shipping Policy
All clothing/earrings/popsocket orders will require at least 5-10 days to create product (owner will be in touch for final details on custom order). It will take 2-8 months for beaded regailia sets, depending on design and materials. Standard delivery time for all products once completed is 5-10 business days, depending on weather.
Return & Exchange Policy
All beaded items are final sales, no refunds or returns.
Clothing orders may be eligible for exchange, no refund, to be eligible for an exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. (more details to be discussed with owner).
No refunds or exchanges on clearance items or accessories.
No personal checks accepted.
